Sewing & Assembly Operator

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Sewing Operators for an industry-leading manufacturing and supply company in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality products using industrial sewing equipment while supporting a team focused on craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. Sew materials using industrial sewing machines

Follow production samples and product guides to ensure quality standards are met

Monitor stitching and identify defects during the sewing process

Inspect finished products for quality control compliance

Perform minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance, including changing needles and adding oil

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Support a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred

Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Ability to read, write, and understand instructions communicated in English

Prior industrial sewing experience preferred

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Reliable transportation to the Fargo area
