Loader, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Material Handler

Marvin is seeking a Loader to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations. In this role, you will safely load and unload materials, windows, and doors, using forklifts and material-handling equipment. You will stage products for shipment, verify counts against documentation, and inspect materials for damage or defects. Working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, you'll follow standard work, 5S, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload windows, doors, and materials from trucks and trailers
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment per safety guidelines
• Stage, wrap, and secure products for shipment to prevent damage
• Verify quantities and product types against work orders and shipping documents
• Inspect materials for visible damage or defects and report issues
• Maintain clean, organized work areas using 5
• S and standard work practices
• Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to meet production and shipping schedules
• Use basic scanners or paperwork to track, label, and document materials movement
