Evening Production Associate

Marvin is hiring Evening Production Associates to support our premium window and door manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble components, operate production equipment, and inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality standards. You'll follow standardized work, read work orders, and safely handle materials in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Operate production and assembly equipment for windows, doors, and related components on the evening shift
• Assemble parts and subassemblies according to standardized work instructions, drawings, and quality specifications
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections, identifying defects and following rework or escalation procedures
• Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area using 5
• S principles
• Load, move, and stage materials and finished products using proper material-handling techniques and equipment
• Accurately read and follow work orders, production schedules, and basic documentation or diagrams
• Complete basic machine adjustments, checks, and preventative tasks; report issues to leads or maintenance
• Collaborate with team members and leads to meet production goals for output, quality, and on-time performance
• Participate in training and cross-training to learn multiple stations and support continuous improvement
• Contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in alignment with Marvin's people-first culture
