Marvin is seeking Weekend Production Associates to support the manufacturing of premium windows, doors, and skylights at our state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will assemble components, operate basic production equipment, and perform visual and measurement-based quality checks to ensure products meet exacting standards. You'll follow safety protocols, read work instructions, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Working in a people-first, team-oriented environment, you'll receive hands-on training, opportunities to learn new processes, and a stable schedule while contributing to high-quality, innovative building products.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble window, door, and skylight components according to specifications and work instructions
  • Operate basic production and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks on finished and in-process products
  • Follow all plant safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Read and follow production schedules, labels, and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to support lean manufacturing and safety standards
  • Report defects, equipment issues, and material shortages to leads or supervisors
  • Meet or exceed daily production, quality, and attendance expectations
  • Collaborate with team members and leads to support workflow and problem-solving
  • Participate in on-the-job training and cross-training across production tasks as needed
