We’re hiring a Production Team Lead to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Fargo area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, solving problems, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.
This position offers a great weekday schedule with no weekends, competitive starting pay of $23+/hour based on experience, and an opportunity to grow within an established manufacturing environment.
What You'll be Doing:- Lead, train, and support production team members throughout the day
- Assign daily work priorities to help meet production goals and deadlines
- Work alongside the production team and serve as a backup across different workstations
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently followed
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment, machine setup, and production issues
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflow and overall efficiency
- Coordinate material usage and work orders
- Complete production-related data entry within the company’s ERP system
- Support cross-training and employee development
- Promote a positive, team-oriented production environment
- Previous leadership or team lead experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating manufacturing equipment
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in and help the team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and ERP systems
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Ability to communicate effectively and keep a team on track
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage changing priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a production environment
- Starting pay of $23+/hour based on experience
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
