The Shop Supervisor is a full-time role responsible for overseeing daily shop operations and supporting production activities across distributed teams. This role includes scheduling and coordinating workloads, assembling builds, monitoring progress on equipment builds and repairs, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Shop Supervisor will collaborate with staff, provide guidance on processes, and help resolve issues. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation, assembling, supporting inventory and parts coordination, and communicating status updates to management.

The position requires consistent remote oversight, clear communication, and effective leadership to keep shop activities organized and efficient.

• Experience coordinating shop or production teams and assigning work effectively.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or mechanical shop operations, preferably involving trailers, sprayers, liquid applicators, trailers, or similar equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with skill in planning schedules, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret technical documents such as work orders, equipment specifications, and safety procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality control, and continuous process improvement.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in a shop, production, or maintenance environment is highly beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training in manufacturing, mechanics, or related fields is a plus.
