As a Casework Production Supervisor, you will spearhead the development of a high-end cabinetry department, transitioning from hands-on craftsmanship to team leadership. You will be instrumental in establishing efficient workflows, training a growing team, and ensuring the delivery of premium commercial furniture and storage solutions.

Responsibilities- Oversee the full lifecycle of complex casework projects, including reception desks, credenzas, and custom storage units.
- Interpret detailed shop drawings to generate precise cut lists and production schedules.
- Optimize shop floor layout and implement standardized assembly processes to maximize departmental throughput.
- Manage a multi-project pipeline to ensure seamless coordination between milling, CNC, and finishing departments.
- Mentor and supervise a growing team of builders, fostering a culture of accountability and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the assembly and installation preparation phases.
- Utilize production management systems to track project status and provide proactive updates to management.
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end cabinetry, commercial millwork, or custom furniture manufacturing.
- 2+ years in a leadership capacity, such as a shop foreman, lead builder, or production supervisor.
- Expertise in both face frame and frameless construction, including advanced European hardware installation.
- Proficiency in working with a diverse range of solid hardwoods and sheet materials.
- Strong ability to independently manage complex workflows and meet strict project deadlines.
- Proven track record in scaling a production department or shop operations.
- Technical proficiency with CNC nesting software or industry-standard design programs like Cabinet Vision or Mozaik.
- Experience designing and implementing custom production jigs to increase output efficiency.
- Specialized background in constructing high-end commercial retail fixtures or reception furniture.
