Production Associate / Production Line, Machine Operator, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
- Perform and train on all Buffer Prep Operator I responsibilities while demonstrating increased independence, consistency, and ownership in daily operations. (50%)
- Support advanced Buffer Prep processes, including column packing, resin preparation, and ABEC tank operations.
- Complete cycle counts and own continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities, ergonomic improvements, and other process improvement projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write in English and do basic arithmetic.
- 2 years manufacturing experience.
- Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role, lifting and moving material and equipment of 50lbs. or less; working with large barrel dollies as needed and exhibiting safe practices.
- Documentation experience in a GDP environment.
- Wearing PPE; up to and including hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, gloves, and boot covers.
- 1 year in buffer prep manufacturing in a regulated environment preferred.
