The You Tube Specialist is responsible for developing You Tube content strategies for SCHEELS. The You Tube Specialist should quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns and online presence, specific to channel growth through areas such as digital advertising, SEO and social media. This position will work with a wide variety of people within the SCHEELS Corporation.

• Develop and implement You Tube and digital strategies on behalf of the brand
• Ensure You Tube channels are driving traffic and revenue
• Be our brand voice on You Tube by researching trends, creating and scheduling content, and responding to customer comments, tags, etc. on You Tube, Social Media, SCHEELS Blog and more
• Understand and report on Key Performance Indicators related to You Tube channel and video performance
• Collaborate with others to create and execute promotion, contests, campaigns, and content creation and management
