$38.00 - $42.00 per hour

SMP Health – St. Catherine is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full‑time and part‑time positions at our mission‑driven, resident‑focused nursing homes in Fargo. We are seeking compassionate, skilled nurses who are committed to continuous learning and providing high‑quality care to our residents.

• $38–$42 per hour starting wage based on relevant experience
• Additional Shift differentials for PMs ($3) and NOCs ($4)

• Deliver professional nursing care to residents in accordance with nursing standards
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident health

• Current RN license in North Dakota (or compact state)
• Experience in long‑term care is a plus, but not required

Full Time and Part Time:

• AM Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm
• PM Shift: 2:45pm – 11:15pm (Shift Differential Applies)
• NOC Shift: 10:45pm – 6:45am (Shift Differential Applies)

Full Time and Part Time:

• AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (Shift Differential Applies)
• NOC Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am (Shift Differential Applies)
