Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of a charge nurse;
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse;
Record and communicate changing conditions, medication follow-up and care-related concerns;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, transferring and range of motion exercises;
Assist with meals and dining to create a positive dining experience
