As a Long Term Care RN, you play an important role in patient care at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Typical LTC job duties include:
- Developing care plans for patients
- Monitoring patients' long-term progress
- Supervising overall care and quality of life
- Managing multiple aspects of hands‑on care, requiring strong multitasking skills
Trustaff Job . Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
