Pediatric Walk‑In Clinic – 0.6 Flex FTE, APP

Location:

Fargo, ND (52nd Avenue) – 52nd Ave Clinic.

Join our Pediatric Walk‑In Care team committed to customer service and patient‑centered care at our 52nd Avenue Campus. The APP will provide care for newborns through age 18 in an outpatient walk‑in setting, working alongside 3 primary care providers and one pediatric nurse practitioner.

• Full‑time flex FTE of 0.6, part‑time status.
• Schedule during the week may vary; covering every 4th weekend.
• Patient hours:
  Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑7:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am‑4:30 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm‑4:30 pm.
• Estimated patient volume 25‑35 per 12‑hour shift.
• EPIC electronic medical record usage.

• Care for pediatric patients ranging from newborn to 18 years old in a walk‑in/acute care setting.
• Perform advanced health assessment, provide health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health‑care professionals while working independently.
• Maintain high level of customer service, establishing positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and adhere to clinical documentation standards.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse and as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the appropriate state.
• Current CPR certification.
• National certification in applicable area; pediatric certification (PNCB or ANCC PPCNP‑BC) preferred.
• ND & MN licensure and DEA required.
• Experience in family medicine, walk‑in, urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
• Orientation and mentorship provided by experienced colleagues.

Hourly rate $56.37 – $78.92. Hired candidates may receive additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.
