Description
Responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Supports the physician and interdisciplinary team to assure patient progress through the continuum of care to discharge, with the underlying objective of enhancing the quality of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction while managing the cost of care and providing timely and accurate information to payers.
The role integrates and coordinates utilization management, care facilitation and discharge planning functions.
Salaried Position
Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (limited weekends, holiday rotation). Call obligation:
None.
Compensation Range
: $74,000 – $
- Preferred experience in Case Manager or Acute Care Nursing (2–4 years).
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state(s) of employment.
- Fargo:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) not required.
