Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.

Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and doctors.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and medical information.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and observe reactions.
Assist with patient hygiene, feeding, and other basic care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and home care needs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and evaluate customized care plans.
Ensure the healthcare environment is safe and supportive for all patients.

Qualifications

Strong practical nursing skills.
Excellent patient care and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good organizational skills.
Adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
