Salary Range $34.00 - $48.00 per hour

This Med/Surg unit specializes in Neurovascular, Neurosurgery, and Neurological patients and is an Accredited Stroke Center and Level I Trauma Center. The unit emphasizes teamwork, a positive culture, and opportunities for self‑scheduling and skill development.

• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Apply the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized nursing care
• Provide care for patients throughout all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up across the continuum of care
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessments, provide education, triage patients, and execute various nursing interventions
• Operate within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA, or equivalent)
• Current, unencumbered RN license from the state board of nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure acceptable in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Ability to obtain and maintain department‑specific competencies and certifications
