Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist Full-time 8:00am-4:30pm $28+ per hour, with opportunities for higher compensation based on relevant experience. The Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for managing resident billing, collections, reimbursement, and accounts receivable functions in a long-term care setting. This role ensures accurate and timely billing for Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, VA, and other payer sources while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
The Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist serves as a key liaison between the facility, residents, families, and external agencies to support financial operations, reimbursement, and customer service. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex payer requirements, resident account issues, and reimbursement processes.
Registered Nurse - RN Full-time and Part-time, 8 hour shifts. 6:00am-2:30pm,
2:00pm-10:30pm,
10:00pm-6:30am $38 + per hour with higher compensation based on experience. We also offer shift differentials for the PM shift ($3/hr) and NOC shift ($4/hr) Coordinates and directs care of an assigned group of residents during an 8-hour shift according to physician orders and facility practices. Follows physician orders and the resident’s care plan. Provides accurate, timely documentation to support care delivery.
Applicants must have a current RN license in the state of North Dakota.
Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Full Time and Part-Time, 8 hour shifts. 6:00am-2:30pm,
2:00pm-10:30pm,
10:00pm-6:30am $29 + per hour with higher compensation based on experience. CNA Full-time and Part-time, (Student Friendly) 6:00am-2:30pm,
2:00pm–10:30pm ($2 PM Shift Differential),
10:00pm-6:30am
$22+ per hour, higher compensation based on relevant experience. We also offer a $2/hr PM shift differential, and bonuses for picking up extra shifts. Applicants must have their CNA license in North Dakota. (Every other weekend/holiday required)
Dietary Aide Full Time and Part Time (Student Friendly) 6:00am-2:00pm,
8:00am-4:30pm,
3:30pm-7:00pm $18+ per hour Duties include serving the resident meals and snacks in the main dining room and as well as their apartments. Resetting the dining room and completing assigned cleaning duties daily. (Every other weekend/holiday required)
