Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the patient during the scheduled work period. The NA provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role offers an opportunity to join the medical/surgical team, gain experience, and refine skills.

High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred. Must obtain and subsequently maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.

If working in North Dakota (ND) or Minnesota (MN) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be on the NA Registry as a Nursing Assistant through the North Dakota Dept. of Health or through the Minnesota Dept. of Health within four months from the date of hire.

If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility.
