Fargo Elim – Nurse (RN or LPN) / RN Charge Nurse

Fargo Elim, a Cassia Community, is hiring a Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. You will build meaningful connections and work alongside a dedicated clinical team in a welcoming environment.

Nights, 6:30 pm – 7:00 am

• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Function as a team member with other staff in performance of duties.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
• Implement individual plan of care for residents and monitor staff providing care.
• Notify nurse manager, attending physician, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow‑up action as necessary.
• Order lab, x‑ray, ambulance, and other services as necessary.
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician's orders.
• Participate in direct resident care as needed.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents according to procedures.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
• Perform additional tasks as requested.

• Current ND Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• Strong nursing and leadership skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Takes pride in delivering quality outcomes and services to our residents.
• Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota is required.
• Prior TCU experience a plus.
• IV certified or in a current course.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
