RN House Supervisor

Job Summary

Full-Time (72 hours/2 weeks) Fri‑Sun 6:00pm‑6:30am

• The RN House Supervisor provides effective, decentralized management at either Bethany on University or Bethany on 42nd during off hours. This position will also assess customer satisfaction when interacting with patients, residents, or family members. Key to this role is rounding and ensuring high quality care is being given while checking in with and educating direct nursing staff. This position encompasses all aspects of quality life/quality care to ensure optimal care delivery that contributes to the overall well‑being of each resident.

• Provide decentralized management at either campus during off hours.
• Assess customer satisfaction through interactions with patients, residents, or family members.
• Perform rounding and ensure high quality care.
• Check in with and educate direct nursing staff as applicable.

• Must be flexible, self‑directed, and possess excellent time management skills.
• Long‑term care experience.
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Highly motivated.
• RN license required.
• Flexible between the University and 42nd campus.
