Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)Monday‑Friday
• Rotating Weekends and Holidays
As an LPN/RN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Memory Care Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
Essential ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN/RN, you will:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized functional and formal care plans for each resident.
- Work collaboratively with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans.
- Assist staff in making educated care decisions.
- Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:
- Possess a current LPN or RN license.
- Have or be willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
- Enjoy being part of a team.
- Be willing to support the care team on the floors.
- Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, and commit to confidentiality.
