Eventide Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Provide individualized attention to residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing;
Carry and follow assigned resident care plans at all times;
Assist with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, continence care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and range of motion as indicated on care plans;
Lift, move, and transport residents using gait belts, one-person transfers, two-person transfers, Hoyer lifts, and standing lifts as identified by care plans;
Promptly report incidents or evidence of abuse, neglect, or violation of residents’ rights per policy, and respond to call lights and alarms
