Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified NICU RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104!

Registered Nurse – NICU (Level III)

Fargo, ND

Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Day/Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU, including assessment, diagnosis, care planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation
• Assist with procedures including intubation, spinal taps, PICC line placement, IV starts, and patient admissions
• Manage and monitor neonatal care involving umbilical lines, CPAP, nasal cannula, OG/NG feedings, G-tubes, and oral and IV medications
• Operate specialized equipment including conventional and high-frequency ventilators, nitric oxide delivery systems, cool cap therapy, infusion pumps, and patient monitors
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records and administer medications via barcode scanning system
• Float to PICU and Pediatrics units as needed within scope of practice

• Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience, with Level III NICU experience required
• Active RN license in North Dakota or a Compact RN license (willingness to obtain ND licensure required)
• Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Ability and willingness to float to PICU and Pediatrics units

• Experience with Epic electronic health records
• Familiarity with Draeger ventilators, high-frequency jet and oscillator ventilators, and Med Fusion/Smart pump systems
• Prior experience with PICU and/or Pediatrics patient populations

• Work within a 40-bed Level III NICU alongside a collaborative care team with structured orientation including Epic training and unit-specific onboarding
• Gain experience across multiple pediatric care settings with float opportunities to PICU and Pediatrics
