New Grad RN - Nurse Resident

We are seeking new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team, supporting their transition into professional nursing roles.

• Leading comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegating care responsibilities to nursing staff based on licensure and training.
• Contributing to organizational and community health goals.
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current nursing licensure in the state of employment upon hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

• Transition to Practice Support, NCLEX study resources, and enrollment in a Nurse Residency Program for professional growth.

• Rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, with weekend and holiday rotations.
