Travel Nurse Source  is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Fargo, ND | Inpatient

Contract | 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) | Every other weekend and holiday required

• Provide inpatient nursing care for adult trauma, medical, and surgical patients across a 32-bed unit
• Perform assessments, patient education, and clinical skills for a wide range of medical and surgical needs including orthopedic and trauma cases
• Utilize electronic health record system for all clinical documentation
• Operate unit-specific equipment including electronic medication dispensing systems and other inpatient tools
• Float to Medical Surgical units across multiple locations within Fargo as needed
• Self-schedule within unit guidelines while maintaining unit balance requirements

• Active North Dakota RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Active BLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience in a large hospital setting (200+ beds)
• Ability and willingness to float to any Medical Surgical unit across multiple locations in Fargo
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Experience working in a busy Level I Trauma Center

• Work in a Joint Commission certified program serving a diverse patient population including trauma, orthopedic, and surgical cases
• Flexible self-scheduling with unit support and a collaborative team environment
