Travel RN Med/Surg job in Fargo, ND: Join a fast-paced acute care team and provide high-quality patient care in a supportive Medical/Surgical unit. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse who enjoys variety, strong teamwork, and hands-on bedside nursing in a Level I Trauma Center environment.

• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Shift Schedule: Day/night rotation, every other weekend, and every other holiday
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,200-$2,320
• Charting System: EPIC
• Unit Size: 15 private rooms
• Floating: May float to other Medical/Surgical units as needed

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Current BLS certification through AHA
• Active RN license eligible for submission; willing to wait for licensure if needed
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced acute care environment

• Provide direct patient care for general medical and surgical patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Complete initial admissions and ongoing care for patients awaiting transfer to their assigned unit
• Monitor patient status, identify changes in condition, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in EPIC
• Administer medications and therapies safely using available unit equipment and resources
• Collaborate with peers and support floating assignments across Med/Surg areas when needed
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in a dynamic hospital nursing environment

• Work in a supportive Medical/Surgical unit with strong teamwork
• Gain experience in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center
