• RN: $30-$40/hr Starting Pay

Your Role as an RN/LPN:

As a private-duty nurse, you'll provide individualized care and support while accompanying your client throughout their day at home and school.

Responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring and assessing client condition
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Supporting respiratory, feeding, or other specialized care needs as applicable
• Assisting with activities of daily living when needed
• Accompanying and supporting the client during school hours
• Collaborating with family members, school personnel, and the care team
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communication

What You Need:

• Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
