This full-time position requires flexibility, with a typical 10:00 AM-10:00 PM shift, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts based on hospital needs.

In this role, you'll review medication orders, prepare precise dosages, and ensure every label and record meets strict standards. You'll collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians, prepare a variety of medications including injectables and compounded treatments, and manage prescription workflows through Ezy Vet and external partners. As you oversee inventory, maintain the Cubex system, and monitor compliance, your attention to detail will keep operations running smoothly and safely, allowing the clinical team to focus on delivering exceptional care.

• Current LVT or licensed pharmacy tech
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, sterile compounding principles, and dosage calculations
• Experience with medication preparation and handling
• Working knowledge of pharmacy inventory systems and automated medication dispensing systems (Cubex experience preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work around veterinary patients

Preferred candidates have experience in pharmacy, veterinary, emergency, specialty, or healthcare settings, along with familiarity with Ezy Vet, Cubex, sterile compounding, medication preparation, and inventory systems.
