Analyst I – Research Grade Quality Control

Work at Aldevron, a Danaher company, at the Advance campus in Fargo, ND. This on‑site, first‑shift role (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:00 pm) supports research‑grade manufacturing, technical operations, and research & development of mRNA products.

• Review daily work instructions and organize individual workflow.
• Perform and document QC test methods in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain inventory of reagents, buffers, and lab consumables.

• Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field.
• Basic laboratory practices and experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as pipettes, centrifuges, and fume hoods.
• Travel required as needed.

• Knowledge of QC testing methods.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment.

• Stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds; use arms, hands, and fingers for various activities.
• Work may involve long periods of standing or sitting.
• Lab environment with large equipment, chemicals, and biological processes.
