Sky Dine, Inc., a rapidly growing restaurant located inside Hector International Airport, is looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for food, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:- Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring
- Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Labeling and stocking ingredients in proper storage areas
- Maintaining cardinal cleaning and organization of prep stations and kitchen tools
- Assisting cooks with basic cooking tasks
- Monitoring food freshness and discarding expired items
- Complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- Supporting kitchen operations during busy service hours
