Pro Customer Service​/Sales

• Support every stage of the Pro customer journey, from order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers.
• Proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; resolve delivery issues and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
• Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.

• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, especially in a retail setting.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to provide tailored recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual communication skills preferred at certain locations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain store standards.
