Walmart Stores - Up to $80000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.;
Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates on store operations, merchandising, and company direction; lead change efforts and implement business solutions.;
Model exceptional customer service and manage customer service initiatives, resolve issues, and drive community outreach.;
Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring store profitability; monitor inventory and merchandising.;
