This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Sleep Coach at Snooze Mattress Co. in Fargo, ND. As a Sleep Coach, you will guide customers in identifying the best mattress, pillow, and adjustable base options to meet their unique sleep needs. Daily responsibilities include utilizing advanced sleep diagnostic tools, educating customers about sleep wellness, providing recommendations based on customer preferences and needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will also collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environment.

• Customer service and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored recommendations
• Knowledge of sleep health, wellness practices, and an ability to educate customers about appropriate solutions
• Technical aptitude to use and explain specialized sleep diagnostic tools like the Snooze Dream Mapping station
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple client engagements in a retail environment
• Team collaboration skills and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in retail, health, wellness, or a customer‑focused role is an advantage
