Part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate – up to 15 hours per week, available Saturday and Sunday with flexible Friday options. Pay is $18.50 per hour.
LocationBest Buy #13, Fargo, ND 58103 (and surrounding office supply stores).
About the PositionYou will assist in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand, demonstrating products to customers and tailoring each demonstration to their needs.
Day‑in‑the‑Life- Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
- Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
- Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
- Report on sales performance and competitive insights.
- Stable weekly schedule.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability.

- Retail or customer‑service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
- Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
- Minimum 1‑year job experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Responsibility for maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
- Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest suitable products.
- Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
- Help customers make selections by building confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations.
- Keep workstation/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
