Part time 15+ hours per week, nights and weekends

Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position. Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week is required, including the ability to work weeknights and weekends. Successful candidates should demonstrate proven experience in customer service or retail.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Previous success in retail sales
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Receive and stock incoming merchandise
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Handle customer service and returns in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends by attending online & in-person product knowledge learning events
