Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates are responsible for keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, and maintaining proper food safety standards. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
