Part-Time Display Installer

Location:

ND - Fargo (and surrounding area)

• Complete store visits and install display projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule work up to 15 hours per week, with availability Monday‑Thursday, 8:00 am‑6:00 pm. No weekends or evenings.
• Provide same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Potential for additional hours covering larger regions or traveling.

• General merchandising projects paid at $20.00 per hour.
• Additional technical projects available at higher rates based on need.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.

• Paid training time provided to prepare for program success.
• Accrue PTO hours every week worked.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatile and able to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Detail‑oriented and able to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independent and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech‑ready with internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS‑enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required. Ability to use personal vehicle to perform job responsibilities.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Availability Monday‑Thursday, 8:00 am‑6:00 pm for up to 15 hours per week.
• Flexibility to travel within the territory and potentially to larger regions.
