Assistant Manager
This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location.
- Hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers.
- Food safety compliance.
- Ordering and inventory control.
- Profit and loss management.
- Cleaning and stocking.
- Great people skills and ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns.
- Enjoy a fast paced work environment.
- Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help and mentor others.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store.
- Prior management/leadership experience.
Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5‑day work week and receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
