Overview

The role is part-time at Store #703440, located at 4441 45th St S, Fargo, ND 58104. Pay starts at $17.02 hourly. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

The Customer Service Specialist works with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. They stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store. They strive to provide excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value. Such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company conducts a review of criminal history to protect the business, customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
