Ross Dress for Less is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Fargo location. As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, including team development, sales performance, customer experience, merchandising, and expense management.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team and store associates
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain top talent
- Ensure a clean, safe, and customer-focused shopping environment

- 5+ years of retail management experience
