Ensure club parking lot is well-kept and carts are ready and available; assist members with loading vehicles and transporting items;
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and assisting with purchasing decisions;
Maintain safety and cleanliness by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions;
Process member purchases using cash registers and handle payments according to policies;
Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds.
