Job Description

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is a family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer operating since 1953. We represent top beverage brands and value excellence, innovation, and growth. This Sales Consultant in Training position supports and maintains accounts in the Fargo region.

Fargo, ND

• Travel around the assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, and in‑stock levels; service shelves from storage.
• Fill shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out‑of‑stock items are minimized.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives about buyer preferences, inventory status, shelf space issues, and other concerns.
• Build trust and a strong working relationship by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values and maintaining a customer‑service‑oriented, can‑do attitude.
• Perform other work‑related tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Prior experience in the liquor industry, such as bartender, wait staff, or liquor store experience.
• Goal‑ and results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.
• Competitive, self‑motivated, and customer‑service oriented.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
• Local candidates preferred; relocation not offered.
