• Determine customer automotive needs while educating the customer on new and used car ownership
• Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives
• Meet and exceed dealership goals and objectives
• Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow‑up
• Suggest optional equipment for customer purchase
• Engage in business development
• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
