Sales Representative

Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to help grow a new business partnership program. In this role, you’ll connect with local businesses through in-person outreach, community engagement, and lead management.

Sales Representative

• Prospect and visit local businesses (door-to-door) within a 2-hour territory
• Present the program and generate interest from business owners
• Qualify leads and guide them through the onboarding process
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce
• Support local events and community partnerships
• Generate referrals and maintain strong business relationships

• 1–2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (door-to-door a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Self-motivated with ability to manage travel and schedule independently
• Comfortable with frequent local travel (up to 4 hours round-trip)

• Primarily field-based, covering towns within a 2-hour radius
• About 4 days/week in the field;
  Fridays remote for admin work
• Mileage reimbursement + monthly phone stipend

This is a Contract position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $26.00/hr.
