• Actively prospect and qualify new leads in your territory through energizing phone calls, face‑to‑face B2B visits, and creative outreach.
• Showcase Sparklight’s cutting‑edge broadband and voice services, customizing each pitch to meet the unique goals and challenges of small and mid‑size businesses.
• Own the entire sales journey, from first contact to final handshake—partnering with property managers, community leaders, and internal teams to deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience.
• Build strong, lasting relationships by staying ahead of customer needs, offering timely upgrades, and uncovering new opportunities to help their business grow and succeed.
• Crush sales goals with a consultative, value‑driven approach that turns challenges into wins and consistently exceeds expectations.

• A year or more of sales experience; helps you hit the ground running.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry or active involvement in your local community.
• Organized, self‑driven, and goal‑focused, with a polished, professional presence and a can‑do attitude.
• Strong communicator, able to express ideas clearly both in writing and conversation.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record for in‑person client visits.
