Designer/Sales Consultant

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of a PT Designer/Sales Consultant. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand. A new team member can expect to run 2-4 appointments (initial estimate) per week. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation, and a national franchise system in business for over three decades.

If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable, you will be a success. Our work is consistent year around, no worry about seasonality.

This is a 100% commission role. Upside potential is unlimited. Paid training $26-$30 hourly rate.

Job Duties
  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
  • Conduct scheduled in‑home consultations, making presentations to homeowners.
  • Ask confidently for the order, persist in sales follow‑up, and have a strong desire to win and succeed.
  • Take measurements and draw neat diagrams.
  • Assemble a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
  • Revise quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
  • Collaborate and communicate with franchise owner to ensure a complete cabinet order.
  • Initiate any job change orders.
  • Meet the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover necessary details.
  • Continue customer contact during the project and monitor all related activities.
  • Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional.
  • Be computer and smartphone proficient.
  • Have a flexible work schedule to satisfy demand.

Compensation

$26.00 – $30.00 per hour (paid training).
