Entry Level Inside Sales Representative

Hansen Pole Buildings, LLC is an iconic brand and market leader in the post frame building industry. We are looking for talented Inside Sales Representatives located in our newly opened West Fargo, ND office.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will design and sell custom pole building kit packages across all 50 states using our cloud‑based proprietary design and pricing software. There is no travel, no trade shows; all client interactions occur over phone and email.

• Spend 4–6 hours a day speaking with clients on the phone and through email.
• Use our design software to create custom kit packages.
• Keep the client management program updated with every contact.
• Receive and act on qualified hot leads provided by the company (typically over 1,000 new inquiries per week).

• Excellent phone and email communication skills.
• Computer skills; comfortable navigating the Internet.
• Self‑motivated, dedicated and driven to succeed.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

• Experience with aircraft hangars, equestrian, self‑storage, cabins, wedding venues and churches, homes, barndominium.

Base salary of $32,000–$85,000 per year, with a base plus commission structure. The commission is uncapped and not a draw on your base.
