Automotive Accessory Counter Sales; Coverage

Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, guest‑focused individual for an Automotive Accessory Counter Sales position. The primary work hours are Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with potential to pick up open weekday hours subject to management approval. The role involves assisting guests with enhancing and customizing their vehicles.

• Sell automotive accessories to guests, helping them customize their rides.
• Assist guests in selecting items such as tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, and more.
• Communicate with and listen to guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Inform and educate guests about available products and features.
• Generate sales through in‑store, phone, and follow‑up interactions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Build long‑term guest relationships and repeat business.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation schedules.
• Communicate updates with guests during the installation process.
• Demonstrate product use and features to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and product displays.
• Exhibit a passion for vehicles, accessories, and guest service.
• Create a store experience of excellence where guests receive outstanding service.

Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must be passionate about the automotive industry and willing to grow through training opportunities.

The starting hourly pay rate ranges from $17.00 to $19.00+ and will be evaluated based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
