Insurance Sales Producer – Commercial Lines Client Advisor

World’s Client Advisors bring comprehensive risk‑management solutions to businesses and individuals. The primary focus is identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients across all sizes while also supporting clients with personal lines, employee benefits, 401(k) and retirement solutions, and payroll & HR outsourcing.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new commercial business.
  • Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through the funnel to closing.
  • Track all sales activities in Hub Spot and leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
  • Utilize World’s broad platform to deliver risk‑management solutions to individuals and business owners.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions that adds value to clients.
  • Willingness to become each client’s trusted risk‑management advisor and to bring the entire World platform (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, Payroll & Human Resources outsourcing) to each client.
  • Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment, allowing management of an existing book of business.
  • Optional: experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker.
  • Experience with an agency management software platform such as AMS
    360 or Epic and use of a sales CRM like Hub Spot.
  • Ability to build and present client “pitch decks” or presentations.
Compensation

Compensation is tied to effort and performance: a base salary plus commissions and a full suite of benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $200,000+. The base salary can grow as the book of business expands, offering the potential to exceed the top of this range.
