Job Summary

A Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships across an assigned territory within the apparel market. This role manages retail accounts, executes brand initiatives at the store level, and serves as the primary point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Service assigned accounts with seasonal and replenishment goods.
  • Follow up with customers to grow business and maintain relationships.
  • Identify and open prospective new customers.
  • Order entry.
  • Develop & implement long‑term strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth.
  • Manage inventory for accounts through Kontoor Systems.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned and special events.
  • Help with in‑store presentation.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of related professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Energetic self‑starter.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
  • Confidence and strong self‑assuredness to succeed in driving business forward.
